Do you have any gripes about your current body? Do you find yourself being slowed down cause some settings are buried in menus. Then maybe upgrade the body, so you have more buttons, and a better sensor.
If not, glass, and full frame capable glass is more worth it.
It seems like you do more outdoor and natural light shooting, so a faster lense is a better investment; and upgrading to a full frame with your current lense collection would be way too costly.
I started with a Nikon D5100 and a really fast lense (17-55 2.8 DX)
The body buried settings that I found myself changing more often later (Af-mode, metering), So I upgraded to a D7200 (just for the extra buttons and dial).
I still use my 5100, but with the 35 1.8 DX prime - and that combo is lots of fun to shoot with.
