There Are Pandas, and Then There Are Pandas.
And this isn't either of them! The Pandas we're talking about here, are watches, not bears. And what got me thinking about them (again) was a link posted this morning by @cm.rook who pointed a few of us to the very attractive (and not terribly priced) Yema "Rallygraph" Panda which, in it's most traditional arrangement, looks like the one on the left, but can also be had in the version on the right: The model on the left is a true Panda, while the model on the right is called a reverse Panda. The reason for that distinction is clear--Panda bears, only come in the first arrangement. Now at this point, everyone should be thinking about the most well-know Panda, The Rolex Panda, which is actually a Daytona, and among Rolex Daytonas, the most famous of which is the Paul Newman Daytona, which was famous first, because it was Paul's, and second because it sold at auction for $17.8 million (US Dollars). The story of that auction is well-known so I'll only...

Edit: I see a "Tokki Project Co." here and there connected with watch straps.
https://geneseewatch.com/product/desert-tan-zulu-strap-x-tokki-project/ https://baerandbosch.com/product/caramel-leather-zulu-watch-strap-tokki-project/
The style and quality don't seem to match the photos, so might be no connection.
Edit: https://tokki.com.au/ (maybe no connection)
Edit: There is a U.S. Trademark registration for Tokki in connection with watch straps.

I think that the text inside the strap on the second photo you posted is "80 GENUINE LEATHER," which means that the texture is completely stamped on. 80 is probaby the size in millimeters, but genuine leather is the cheapest grade of leather from the deep section where the fibers are big and coarse, and sometimes it's made from multiple pieces glued together. Any texture is stamped on.
If I were you I'd contact the Tokki Project company in Florida, Angela Chan. There's an active trademark (for watch straps) and an active Florida corporation, so they are doing something. They are not selling direct to consumer as far as I can tell. But I can't see Touch of Modern buying a large amount of watch straps. Getting Ms. Chan's phone number shouldn't be that hard, but email addresses are trickier.
Edit: Chan's address is a UPS mail drop, so dead end there.
Edit: Chan also shows up as a director of Genesee Watch Co. Genesee sells Tokki Project straps here:
https://geneseewatch.com/product-category/accessories/watch-straps/
They are all leather Zulus, so you cannot tell if they use that kind of branded buckle. According to this video "they" had been in the luxury watch business. In fact, an Angela Chan (no address match, so I'm not sure it's her) shows up also in reference to an auction company in the corporate records, Baer & Bosch Auctioneers, Inc. (Wyoming address as a foreign coporation, Wyoming has few taxes, little paperwork for corporations, so it's popular for non-resident corporations).
Genesee was apparently a Kickstarter project. Here's a 2016 project (all Zulu straps):

On the website there is an email for Genesee, info@genessewatch.com and a phone at 1-7786-508-1999.
Edit: Baer & Bosch is the same Angela Chan, looking at older corprate records. She used the same UPS mail drop at first, then changed addresses. Email is baerbosch@gmail.com, and there is a phone number.
