Tips for a Noob : Keycaps

more_vert
So I took the plunge and supported the Kira Mechanical Keyboard, it had 90% of what I needed and I know myself enough to know that I do not possess the skill or the time to develop the skill to create my own mechanical keyboard.
Which leads me to my question... Keycaps for the Kira. The Kira will come with our choice of switches, I am probably going with Cherry Brown, but who will be producing keycaps for it?
Can I simply buy any keycaps that are compatible with Cherry switches?
Finally, if you have any suggestions for backlit keys, (preferably with Mac Command and Option caps) I am all ears!

GMK sets would be great for it.

DSA sets would work well too since they're a uniform profile so you don't have to worry about row height for any keys.

LevelSteamI do like it... I just wish it would include a Mac key!

Based on kono store, it comes with dye-sub PBT caps. Super high quality. Stick with those, you won't regret it. If you're looking for aftermarket, buy keycaps that fit Cherry MX and MX clones (Kailh, Gateron). These switches have a "+" shaped switch stem

Generally the space between switches is pretty much standard between boards so you should be fine
