But calcium and magnesium oxide are whitish in colour, whereas copper oxide is blue/green. I'd have to agree that the tap water is contaminated with copper oxide from old corroding copper pipes.

The Atreus is what inspired me to get an Iris. I also use a trackball, the combo really helps.
