Speaking of vintage watches, I have this Gruen Curvex, 14K gold watch. This was my father's watch, but I never really wear it. At 22x40 mm it's just so small on me.

Nice! Congratulations on the win! What's the diameter on that one? I want a vintage Omega but most I find are 34mm which is too small for my wrist. 38mm would be ideal and I might even jump on one at 36mm.

In some ways you're lucky, and you have a ton of vintage watches to choose from. I have big bones, which makes my wrist circumference 8" and the distance across my wrist (sort of my wrist's lug to lug) is 61mm. And that's not even my dominant hand.
For me, the ideal dress watch is 38-40mm, ideal diver is 40-42mm and the ideal Chrono is 42-44mm.

I have a 34mm Raymond Weil Parsifal I bought in London in 1997 that just feels tiny on me now.

PetrosDYou're right, that's one of the pros of having a smaller wrist, but you..having a bigger wrist have many pros too. For example, i always wanted to wear a panerai but i really cant pull them off having a 6 inch wrist.
