Wrist Check

Looks like today is diver day. I'd like to introduce you to my original orange monster 7s26c. I just got it back from Seiko service and yes I know I could've purchased a new version with hacking and newer movement but this one and I have done a lot. I originally got it as a SHTF watch but it's gone diving, renovated my house and worked on my cars and motorcycles with me (shop class taught me not to wear watches while working but sometimes you can't help it). Bulletproof and I know where all the scratches and scrapes come from. Enjoy the weekend.

I had my eye on this orange monster for a while now, the only thing holding me back is the size. Wish Seiko will make a 40mm version that fit smaller wrist.

fallenmigThe watch is a bit top heavy (it flops a bit when it's in the watch winder) but I never notice it when I wear it. The bracelet is very comfortable and I have used the diver's extension. Most of the size is really in the bezel. If you remove that, the actual dial is quite small. See if you can find a local Seiko dealer and try it out. The lume is pretty amazing on it and was a big reason why I originally got it.

Fabulous watch. I have same watch in my collection and one of my favorite to wear.

That's really what makes a watch. It's not the movement or the design but the stories it tells as it lives with you. Far better choice to have that one serviced. It's a part of you. And it still looks stunning.
