Wrist Check

Well I was supposed to close out my quartz rotation today, but the past few days as I open my watch box this one had been calling to me. The 42mm Glycine Airman DC-4, which is what brought me to MD and was the first drop I joined. I haven't worn this one since I picked up my Glycine Airman 1953 LE, but the black dial of this beauty kept beckoning me. It's actually the first time I'm wearing it with the OEM NATO.

I have to say I'm impressed by the accuracy of this watch. OK, it's been only about 36 hours since I set it against the Watchville app clock, but in that time it's only approx. +1.5 sec. That's impressive enough that I'm considering either wearing it consistently for a week or putting it on a watch winder to see how well it keeps up that accuracy.

Vintage1982BenzThanks, I think so too. I've airways worn it with a vintage-look brown leather NATO (which is currently on its cousin) but the black NATO with the black dial looks great. I also want to try this with a black and grey Bond NATO.
