Tissot PR100 (Particularly Robust - 100m water resistant) with sapphire glass and it is powered by an ETA 205.111 Autoquartz movement. Given it's age I don't try to test the water resistance.
This one has a two tone stainless steel case and has a diameter of 38mm. These were released by Tissot in the early 2000's.
Also, though took forever I had the internal battery/capacitor replaced due to its age but movement has so far been problem free.
Higher up the food chain around same time, Swatch group also had Omega Seamaster "Omegamatics" which had a pretty cool look to them
fyi google the wiki for omegamatic for a cool image
