Wrist Check

more_vert
Todays Wrist-Check is one of 3 SO&CO watches that I own. First up is the SO&CO New York Yacht Club Quartz model 5042.2

I bought this watch because I have a thing for watches with over stated blue colors. It’s a good looking divers watch with all the features you would expect and didn’t cost much. The only downside to this watch is the amount of play or looseness in-between clicks when rotating the bezel - but I hardly rotate the bezel so I’ll give it a pass. This SO&CO New York Yacht Club watch keeps good time, feels kinda light-weight, and has a nautical flavor to it with all of it’s blue tones. And as always I swapped out the bracelet for a nato strap.

My aging eyes could do with a cyclops lens on all my watch crystals.
That wouldn't solve the problem of the microdot-sized printing on the tachymeter on my only chronograph, however.
