I'm old enough to remember using these back in the day to wipe off sweat, dirt, and snot and glad we moved on to disposable wipes and tissues.
Dont get me wrong, these are beautiful. But no thanks. If you are using it for the whole day then you basically have to remember which corner is clean. Whatever crap you got in your hankie just spreads around in your washing machine before it drains away.
But again beautiful stuff. I received one as a gift in Japan and I plan to frame it. Unused 😀

LazarusLongFunny. I remember as a kid, my grandpa carrying a hanky. Later on (and to this day) he still carries around a bunch of wet wipes and thinks they're the best thing since sliced bread.

notdosThese are thick two-play cotton. You "could", but I don't think it would lay like you'd like and you breast pocked would bulge badly.

When I grew up in France we always had them to blow our noses and looking back it's kinda yucky 😄 I prefer tissues. I haven't used mine to clean dirty stuff or surfaces. Always feel bad 🙄

Interesting. I grew up in France and we didn't have A/C. It was rare for a car to have A/C. Still now many places don't have AC. I can see using a hanky for a swear. They do seem to think bein hot and sweaty is good like you said 😄 I'll admit when I go back to France I tend to eat less because I'm hot. Helps keep the weight down :)

Spyderco dragonfly 2 Drop exclusive?
I would LOVE to have a Spyderco dragonfly 2 Drop exclusive on one of the most iconic model in Spyderco. Maybe like the super gold steel that drop did with delica. The color on the scale can be the drop color. That will be awesome! Picture is me dragonfly collections in various color and steels

Hey everyone I hope your week is going well. I was wondering if anyone in the community has experience with Gerlach watches? I would love to see a few of their line show here on Drop some day. I know they wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea, but they are unique in that I don't believe I have seen any Polish made watches here before. Completely surprised by the lack of blade diversity here on Drop...
I’ve been a collector of Blades since before my teens, and a retailer coming up on 15… or maybe 20 years. Drop has really been kind of an interesting experience for me, because I do occasionally get to see some unusual tech and sometimes EDC items that otherwise I might not have been aware of. And maybe it’s because I have a deep love of cutlery and bladed weapons, but I find myself trolling through the site looking at it what’s available; and it’s just it’s pretty much the same. And the bladed community here is just always confused me.. every single knife is about the same, they’re almost all drop points and although the handle materials change and brands change.. it’s really just the same knife over and over and over again... occasionally you’ll see a tanto or a slight variant; but rarely… and almost never a serrated blade. And I’m just deeply amazed at this diversion of serrated blades. And I’m just surprised there isn’t more of a request for diversity here.... and I...

Would be nice to see some Sony E mount full frame cameras on here. I currently shoot with a A99 and they killed the lense path for better or more option lenses and now is all E-Mount. 🤔
