BlakeSharpI've had sony headphones before (cant remember the exact price of them but they were around $100.) They didn't really do it for me sonically. Lows were really lacking and highs were really sharp. Sony is like bose, not "name brand and no sound" like beats but "more name than sound". Maybe they stepped up their game since 5-6 years ago but id rather have a listening test first, and there isn't any headphone store nearby. Bluetooth isn't what i want either, but someone else reading this thread might want bluetooth. Thanks for the suggestion

LummerbummerSony's MDR7506 stunned me when i first listened to them, but they're professionally oriented. Almost any company (Bose, Sony, etc) has shitty consumer stuff, with amazing pro lineups. They won't win any style awards, but I loved them.

HellreaverYeah, I love how they come with a sheet detailing every part and how to take it apart completely. You can Repair 7506 yourself very easily and the informational support is amazing.
