Parnis GMT.
This watch has also been a project. Although I do like the watch, it has been a somewhat unsuccessful project.
As it is here, I changed the hands. and replaced the SS bracelet with a strap. I found hands that would fit the movement, painted them black, and lumed them orange.

Lessons learned:
The hands were meant for a non GMT version of the movement (3 hands instead of 4), so they had a lip that I had to sand down to accommodate 4 hands in the same vertical space.
I tried to replace the dial, 28.5 mm dials were too small and 31.5mm dials were too big; couldn't find one that would fit, so left the original.
I also was careless with the movement and had to replace it, luckily Esslinger had DG3804 in stock.

At the end of the day, I spent quite a bit of time and money on this watch. I guess I bought it to mess with, so I guess it was a positive learning experience.

Also, I like it enough to wear out of the house ;-).

Looks good with the orange hands. Very cool that you can mod you're own watches.
