Wrist Check

I wanted a dive watch for our upcoming holiday, and for a first affordable dive watch it's got to be Seiko right?

Only trouble is deciding which one. I decided I wanted either a Turtle, or a Samurai. Then spent ages deciding on which colour I liked best in each range, which was probably an even tougher choice. Eventually I got it down to either the SRPA21 PADI Special Edition Turtle, or the SRPB51 Samurai.

I just couldn't pick one, so...

The Turtle I've just put on a cheapo nato strap I got free with some other watch. I'm going to have a look at a couple of better quality straps that I can swap out. Any ideas?

The Samurai I think looks a bit more formal, and better on the bracelet... although with my small wrists I need to take a few links out, so I'll need to buy a tool.

Both great looking watches. If you want color, I'd go with the Turtle, or for the more classic look, the Samurai. Better still, take both.
Samurai for sure on the bracelet, especially with the angular lugs it has. It just fits.
I've done turtle on Natos, two piece straps, bracelets...I personally like a single pass strap, something two piece or a bracelet so it doesn't gain any additional height off the wrist, it already has enough of a presence as it is.
Nice additions, enjoy them!

I agree with you on the Samurai, I like the way it looks on the bracelet!
