Kramer by Zwilling 51200 10" Chef's knife.

Well Balanced knife with a razor sharp edge. Cuts through everything with ease. It is a joy to handle. In fact the 10" is better balanced than the 8" (which I also own and am in the process of selling)

That is awesome. Wonder why they did away with the brass on the new ones because this looks perfect.

The brass was on the carbon steel knIves. I suspect they just didn’t sell as well as they hoped.

yes, brass was on the carbon steel model. I think the purpose was to differentiate the models more. just like the handle materials! The carbon is real beautiful wood. the stainless is pakkawood and the SG2 is micarta
