Four years ago I was given a set of your headphones for Christmas. In April or May of that year they quit working, Made contact with your company and was put in touch with the USA repair facility. Would not consider my request to fix these 4 month old headphones without a receipt. After a month of emails I took them to the shop here at the farm and threw them in the recycle bin. Is you service department still committed to excellence and a hassle free service?
