Fit is one thing, it's a lot easier to fit a watch, belt, or wallet, then it is to fit clothing. Secondary is it is very easy to get pretty good deals on reasonably nice clothing for men. The massdrop selections are very nice but also usually expensive selections and at those prices I would want to try something to make sure it fit well.

HaurockThis is my exact reason. I would have gladly purchased a pair of the selvedge denim jeans I've seen on here, but that type of thing is SO particular to itself (fit wise) that I wouldn't dream of spending that amount of money without putting it on first.
That said, if true tailors measurements were given, id bust out my fabric tape measure and consider it.

greene.tc789When the naked and famous x MD drop came up I followed the measurement guide (they gave waist in inches then gave the tag waist) and then I went to Nordstrom and tried on the pair of their weird guy fit to be sure before I bought. i have also noticed the group leaders are usually pretty helpful and quick should you have any sizing questions.
