Looking for a clad high volume stock pot for pho and ramen
At the moment I have very little say in what kind of kitchen the apartment I end up in comes with, so I’ve been cooking on glass, wire coil, and gas in the last year. I’m looking for a high volume pot (16qt +) that‘s not going to warp so it can be used on a glass stove. I’ve been looking at All-clad but those are $200+. Are there any better options you’d recommend?
