There Are Pandas, and Then There Are Pandas.
And this isn't either of them! The Pandas we're talking about here, are watches, not bears. And what got me thinking about them (again) was a link posted this morning by @cm.rook who pointed a few of us to the very attractive (and not terribly priced) Yema "Rallygraph" Panda which, in it's most traditional arrangement, looks like the one on the left, but can also be had in the version on the right: The model on the left is a true Panda, while the model on the right is called a reverse Panda. The reason for that distinction is clear--Panda bears, only come in the first arrangement. Now at this point, everyone should be thinking about the most well-know Panda, The Rolex Panda, which is actually a Daytona, and among Rolex Daytonas, the most famous of which is the Paul Newman Daytona, which was famous first, because it was Paul's, and second because it sold at auction for $17.8 million (US Dollars). The story of that auction is well-known so I'll only...

I think that they are sort of a virtual watch company, doing most stuff via subcontractors.
How much was the watch to begin with?
I really should've done some homework first but you would think you could expect better from a Swiss watchmaker.

I am asking Hard*** to take care of fixing my broken watch. I will ship it to you as you direct. Alternatively I will accept a new watch of the same model as a replacement, or the refund of my payment price of $175 plus $xx shipping.
You offered me $25 for repairs, which I reject because I have determined that it will cost me more than I paid for watch to get it fixed.
If you do not take care of this by {date in future} I will pay the $30 filing fee to file a small claims court action in [whatever jurisdiction you live in] against F7 Crea***** L*** AG as a corporation and Christophe S****** and Jeremy B****** as individually named plaintiffs for the price of the watch and shipping.
I will seek collection from assets owned by Jeremy B****** in the Miami Fort Lauderdale area [LinkedIn implies he lives there]. In particular, I will file a judgment lien on Mr. B******'s North Bay Road residence [I got this from Miami Dade's online search. Florida has everything online, so I bet he has other companies registered that you could find].
Finally, I will register a domain name with GoDaddy containing the Hard*** W***h brand name and post a detailed and factual, search-engine-optimized description of the problem that I have had, including the court action and all corporate and individual contact details and property records I am able to dig up. I will invite other dissatisfied customers to contribute their stories, which I will publish unedited on the website under Section 230 immunity.

Another option is to pay Intelius about $25 for his home phone number and call him at 7:00 a.m.,, and very, very politely state your problem, but change the subject if he asks how you got his phone number. This has never failed me.
You probably cannot get a judgment against Jeremy as an individual because your beef is with a corporation, so there is a bit of bullshit in the email. But an email like this shows that you are willing to put a certain amount of effort into causing them trouble, and Mr. B******, as a Wharton School graduate, probably considers the time he would spend on a 15-minute phone call to the company's lawyer to be worth more than just telling his shipping people to send you a new watch, which costs them maybe $50.
I give up! Waste of money!
Hands popping off seeems to be a common complaint with inexepensive watches, often right out of the box.
As you discovered, a watch at that price cannot realistically be repaired.
