satanasWhy do you think rab makes their sleeves too short? That has not been my experience -- I own a rab windshirt and a rab raincoat, and they both have sleeves that are, if anything, a touch longer than I would like.

tyler256Every Rab top I've tried on has had significantly shorter sleeves than anything from Marmot, Patagonia, Mountain Hardwear, OR, etc; their sleeves don't make it to my wrists. The only way around that would be to go up one or two sizes, but then it'd be like wearing a spinnaker. Other brands aren't usually like this...

satanasRab is known for its unusually long sleeves. Some quick Googling has confirmed that. Your experience is extremely unusual. I could only find reviews that said how people were surprised how long the sleeves were, and I wasn't able to find a single one anywhere where someone said they were too short. As for me, if my arms are at my side, the sleeves on my Rab Boreas Medium come down to my knuckles, and I am 5'11" with normal body proportions. Look at the sleeves in any photos with models and you'll see a similar story.

Spyderco dragonfly 2 Drop exclusive?
I would LOVE to have a Spyderco dragonfly 2 Drop exclusive on one of the most iconic model in Spyderco. Maybe like the super gold steel that drop did with delica. The color on the scale can be the drop color. That will be awesome! Picture is me dragonfly collections in various color and steels

Hey everyone I hope your week is going well. I was wondering if anyone in the community has experience with Gerlach watches? I would love to see a few of their line show here on Drop some day. I know they wouldn't be everyone's cup of tea, but they are unique in that I don't believe I have seen any Polish made watches here before. Completely surprised by the lack of blade diversity here on Drop...
I’ve been a collector of Blades since before my teens, and a retailer coming up on 15… or maybe 20 years. Drop has really been kind of an interesting experience for me, because I do occasionally get to see some unusual tech and sometimes EDC items that otherwise I might not have been aware of. And maybe it’s because I have a deep love of cutlery and bladed weapons, but I find myself trolling through the site looking at it what’s available; and it’s just it’s pretty much the same. And the bladed community here is just always confused me.. every single knife is about the same, they’re almost all drop points and although the handle materials change and brands change.. it’s really just the same knife over and over and over again... occasionally you’ll see a tanto or a slight variant; but rarely… and almost never a serrated blade. And I’m just deeply amazed at this diversion of serrated blades. And I’m just surprised there isn’t more of a request for diversity here.... and I...

Would be nice to see some Sony E mount full frame cameras on here. I currently shoot with a A99 and they killed the lense path for better or more option lenses and now is all E-Mount. 🤔

If we're talking about things other than rainshells, then breathable areas at the sides or under the arms help with comfort. I like chest pockets - not pockets that sit under rucksack hip belts.
As for brands, I like Patagonia, Marmot OR & Salomon - but not Rab unless they fix the sleeve lengths; their pants are good though. Arcteryx, Hagloffs, etc, might be good but they're just too pricy to consider.
