Back when I got my Sharp 200W stereo system, I got very interested in making music, so I was interested in looking for anything that was low price but made by companies that had a reputation for good sound. I once found a $20 pair of headphones made by Sony, and I was blown away. These headphones sounded even better than my stereo. My recent purchase of a laptop, which is the one I'm using right now, an HP Notebook, with DTS onboard, only drove my passion further. The quality of output compared to my previous setups was drop dead amazing, and I couldn't be happier with the audio quality out of my laptop. I'm still looking for some low-priced actual Hi-Fi equipment to add to it and the discovery of this site has me more passionate than ever about becoming a true Audiophile. Currently we also own a Yamaha TSR-5790, which sounds so frickin awesome.
