How do I initiate a return?

I have submitted multiple support request and have not heard back from Massdrop. The item I ordered was not sized as described so I wish to have a refund.
I have exhausted all other means of trying to contact support so I will be forced to issue a chargeback request through my credit card if I do not hear back from support.

Yes, but it literally days DAYS for the agent to respond. That should never happen in Customer Support.

I'm sorry NHolls and I agree. A fast response and assistance to customer issues is what we strive for. We're temporarily experiencing a very high volume of requests that the team is working through at the moment, causing a longer than usual wait time. A better customer experience is important to us, and we're taking measures to address this.
