Can't submit support ticket due to backend failure.

I am trying to submit a ticket about an incomplete address that Massdrop gave the carrier, which led to a return to sender. I ordered the Massdrop blue box: MEE audio IEMs and they were shipped with just my city and zip code. Their ticket system seems to be down, so hopefully they respond to this / reach out to me.

Having the same ticket issue - tried tweeting at them but no reply as of yet
