Wirst check Sunday. My - almost - forgotten watches, part 2; my Nautica N11015. Just like my previous post (the Invicta Aviator), I also bought this in Atlanta airport on my way back to Amsterdam. I have no idea what year, but I guess around 2011. Haven't worn it in "donkey's time" as TGV would say.
Nautica is obviously a 'fashion' watch brand, founded as a 'nautical' themed fashion brand in 1983 (and if I'm not mistaken now a subsidiary of Timex). If you see most of their current watches they are cluttered and - IMHO - ugly. But this one has very clean lines and a very handy and well executed GMT on the left side. Also love the fact that the lug is almost even with the case. The bezel itself has a hint of the nautical theme as it is shaped like a piece of rope from a sailing ship.
Seeing the close ups I also realize I really need to clean it ;-)

I like the design. Very nice actually. What’s the movement?

toestorHonestly: I have no idea. It's quartz and the case literally says: China movement and Swiss parts... When you Google you can't find much, if anything about it.

Bummer that's it not mechanical. That would have been quite something :). Still a good looking piece, though.
