There Are Pandas, and Then There Are Pandas.
And this isn't either of them! The Pandas we're talking about here, are watches, not bears. I purchased a Rothco bag several months ago and the strap has recently broken. But I cannot replace it, despite the fact that Rothco has no problem replacing it. The problem is, that Massdrop should initiate the replacement. And as I was told, If the item description on Massdrop does not include warranty of any type (not implicitly stated in INCLUDES section), the only warranty I have is 30-days. No manufacturer warranty is included by default, so if you have decided to purchase something, be sure to check what warranty comes with the item. I , personally, will think twice now.
