Topre or GMK interview
Topre and GMK are interested in doing a community interview like Andy (@livingspeedbump) did with Prof Eitii Wada, and we want to decide who to interview first.

I'm more interested in a GMK interview. They are a really small company and don't communicate much. Alot of subjects to bring up during such an interview.
- How the Cherry molds ended up in their hands - Uniqey - Considerations regarding their MOQ and policy for creation of new molds - Maybe getting a full list of all the molds they have - Some highlights from previous custom jobs they did like the Skidata keyboards. Maybe something we're not aware of yet.

GMK has my vote. There have been a number of GMK drops and group buys for several highly popular sets, some that are in the works to be run as a GB or a drop too. There have been questions recently about the range of colors available to GMK (over their competitors that may have access to a wider color choice), cherry profile vs the ever popular SA as of late, and the "kits" that could be / should be made to support the range of keyboards out there (1800, tkl, 101, 60, 40, etc). It would be interesting to hear from GMK on their plans and support for community designed keycaps this year.
A number of designers have taken the road of custom color mixes which lends to questions about light bleed and keycap finish. This would also be interesting to hear their side.
A number of open questions have come up in the past on double-shot and pad printing. This too would be interesting to hear from them.
It would be valuable to hear GMK's direction in the keycap market whereas it is fairly known the direction that Topre is at in 2016.
A number of designers have taken the road of custom color mixes which lends to questions about light bleed and keycap finish. This would also be interesting to hear their side.

Given how many people are curious about what Topre brings to the table but have yet to purchase a Topre board i would definitely say Topre...and as someone who owns a HHKB i'm curious how Topre plans to evolve as a company and what new products they may offer...replacement parts? etc?

Topre first, GMK second.
Topre has always been so mysterious, just like their switches. Their keyboard background is basically nonexistence on the web.
For GMK, I basically couldn't have guess what will be in the interview...

Both, too. But i've to say Topre first please.
Considering an interview with GMK might have the same timeframe like their new shop, i'm in fear, i might be dead before having the chance to read that :)

Topre! I would love to understand if they ever plan to expand to the DIY market or if we're ever going to see more Topre board layouts from other manufacturers.

How do you do per-key RGB lighting on a Shift V2?
I saw the online configurator that lets you do this on the Shift V1, where it spits out a compiled firmware file to flash. The V2 doesn't seem to have this function in the Windows configurator, though. I can't imagine the answer here is "you're going to have to manually write the hex for every key in QMK, compile it, and flash that".

ALT V2 not detected with Drop Keyboard Configurator
Hi, This is my first non-mac keyboard. I was under the impression that this would work out of box with with mac desktop however I am having issues getting the ALT V2 detected with the keyboard configurator software. The keyboard is plugged in and powered on. Apologies if this is very basic or if I have used incorrect language describing my issue, I don't have experience with this. Thank you

Upgrading Keyboard
