I'd recommend a switch tester honestly. It's great to be able to pick up just a couple switches and try them out before committing to an entire board of something you might not like for a much more substantial amount of money.
For instance I really, really like Clears and Greens, but boards with them in them usually tack on $15~25 to the already substantial base price. But with a tester you can give both (and more) a feel for around $15.
Past that I highly recommend boards from wasdkeyboards.com. I have one of their "CODE" boards and one V2 and they're both very nice and have a high build quality. They also sell a lot of parts there (including custom caps) if you need to do repairs, mods, or are building your own board.
If you're looking for a board recommendation specifically though, check out the Magicforce 68 on Amazon. They're great boards and you can get them with Cherry switches for about $70.
Welcome to the community. :)

I am relatively new to mech keys, but I have accumulated a few boards.
My first board was a quickfire tk with reds. It is similar to the rapid, except with a hybrid numpad/ arrow thingy. I really like it. The removable braided cable is also a very nice feature. definitely reccomend cm keyboards. One thing I like about it too, is that the case is pretty roomy, which allowed me to do a bluetooth wireless mod with relative ease.
I also got the nixeus moda v2 with browns, a non-backlit tkl, for like 50-ish usd, it has a metal top plate that gives it a solid feel. The switches are kailh, which keep the cost low, but are not as good as cherry. At least that's what everyone says. I personally like them fine, especially for the price.
My roommate just bought a104 key Havit board that has outemu blue switches, a cherry clone, so it is colicky. They feel maybe a bit stiffer than mx blues, but I'm not sure. It was about 60 usd and has a very solid feeling construction, and some neat lights.

Hi, would be very helpfull to tell us where you live. Being an international community, it's hard to give any advice without further information!
Speaking of Germany, CM mks are very often adviced, having very good deals every other day, offering a good bang for the buck!
Allmost forgotten, welcome to a nice community and hobby.
