The hardware for the straps looks a little rough on their website, almost pre-corroded. How did you find it?

With leather NATOs that are hard to tuck in, I had an epiphany just a couple of weeks ago. This may be obvious, but it had never occured to me before. I bring the strap up through the first oval "keeper" and then tuck it back behind itself through that first keeper, but leaving enough to reach the second keeper. Then I press down the folded over leather and push the second keeper over the already folded back strap. I get it halfway down, and then I push the folded end out to finish the pop through the second keeper. This has also reduced damage to the surface of the leather from too much handling, or use of needle noses.
Otherwise I never could get the thing really tucked in; too much friction with leather. And alternative tuckings end up showing the back side of the leather.

CloacaI know that version of tuck method, but I prefer the OG tuck. I have a few leather natos but most are single pass through and others are kangaroo leathers so those are super thin.

Have you gotten the watch wet?
This guy had a problem with flooded Helsons:

TheWhiteRabbitThanks! It's a two piece bandana strap from suigeneric. It's a bit thick though. Full disclosure. I had to use needle nose pliers to flatten the end of the strap to tuck in
