Hi everyone, for 3 weeks I have been trying to get an answer from Massdrop about refunding my purchase of the Nurforce (EDSC3) earbuds that have stopped working. I have been passed from pillar to post with customer service and now have been given the promise that the problem will be sent to the next level. This is extremely frustrating as I want the refund to buy another set of ear buds from Massdrop.
Any ideas how I can speed up the process and get some satisfaction? I've purchased from Massdrop about 5 times before without a problem.
