Can I return my K-Type?
Ordered the K-Type on order MD-68590-3228243 and want to refund it or switch it with the CTRL due to the CTRL drop in a couple of days. I have contacted support but there has still been no reply. The K-Type begins shipping on the 10th and I believe it is unlikely for returns to be possible after then, which is why I am asking for a refund before then.

Sounds like you're in a tough spot. I don't know if Massdrop will take something back just because you want a different keyboard. Returns rely on damaged good, incorrect goods, etc. Just because you want a different keyboard now, that is your own fault, and probably not something Massdrop will help with.
You made a commitment to buy something and Massdrop committed to selling it to you. Now you change your mind and want Massdrop to help you when you back out of your commitment. It will be troublesome to deal with refunding money, sending the product back, emailing CS. Just a case of FOBO (fear of better options).

ALT V2 not detected with Drop Keyboard Configurator
Hi, This is my first non-mac keyboard. I was under the impression that this would work out of box with with mac desktop however I am having issues getting the ALT V2 detected with the keyboard configurator software.
