MassDrop Drops the Ball Again....

On 09/21/18 I joined the drop for the Armourlite / Massdrop T100 wristwatch. After I joined the drop, an unknown MassDrop employee CANCELLED MY ORDER without notifying me that (s)he was doing so. I did not know until I logged onto my account today (09/25/18) and saw that the drop was not under my "active transactions" but under my "cancelled transactions"
As MassDrop employee named David responded to my contact support email and stated that "On 09/21/18, a colleague cancelled your order because of fraud." WHAT FRAUD? AND WHY WASN"T I CONTACTED IMMEDIATELY?
If you go in on this drop, check your account and your credit card accounts regularly.... something's VERY WRONG with this drop!

Yikes. I guess they were protecting themselves, but they should have contacted you right away to let you submit another form of payment.
