I have a JBL charge 2+ the battery died after about a year, I'll never buy one again.
I have 2 UE Boom speakers, and absolutely LOVE them. They've gone over the river (and in it!), and through the woods, in the snow, in the hotsprings (yes, IN, they float and are waterproof) and all over my house. My favorite feature (and why I fully support this drop) is that you can connect them together and give your entire camp/bbq/house amazing sound.
