This is really too bad. I ended up buying an open box Seagate STBD6000100 from Newegg for $219.

Hey sorry, but we can't do hard drives due to the already very small margins that exist on these products. Hopefully sometime in the future this will change, but for now I'm going to close this poll down.

Interesting review of the various drives. I strongly prefer 7200 RPM drives, but for archiving/backup/NAS, it may not matter.
