The Fillow has been my go to pillow for 5 years now. It fits nicely in the pocket of my Big Agnes Sleeping bag.
What, no Dutchware bacon print pillow?
Had an Aeros - felt nice, but developed a hole which is pretty much impossible to repair. At least the Exped can be patched.

I've got the Aeros and it's a very nice pillow. packs down very small, light weight. Best part is it doesn't sound like a bag of potato chips when you move on it - that's my biggest complaint with all this modern inflatable gear, so much noise!
For what it's worth. You shouldn't get any of these. Opt instead for a stuff sack with a fleecy inside. Use it for clothes then turn it inside out and restuff at night for a comfy multipurpose pillow. This strategy is great for a loftier pillow without added weight. Sea to summit makes several models you could use. Thats my personal choice. You could also add to your bug-out bag or EDC.

I highly recommend the thermarest compressible pillow its much like a at home pillow and definitely worth the size and weight.

Bought the Red Exped pillow from REI the other day and returned it the next day. It is not very comfortable for the price. It packs very small and elevates your head from the ground but it was not worth it too me. I exchanged it for the Aeros medium size and it is much more comfortable. It is softer and it keeps your head off the ground and it packs up to about the size of a soup can. I'd recommend the Aeros.

My friend has the Aeros, and I'm extremely jealous. It's the most comfortable camping pillow I've ever laid my head on (when I can convince him to lend it to me).
I've heard less great things about the comfort of the Exped pillow. Seriously, if your pillow isn't comfortable, better to just use bunched-up clothes or something. It looks like the weight is almost identical (exped is .08 oz heavier than the medium aeros, .9 oz lighter than the large).
