Opps...does it have to be Cascade? I just nominate one of my favorite yarns made by Lang. After I did it I realized that all the other nominations were Cascade.....
I, too, would love a yarn and knitting (which could include spinners and weavers, too) on Massdrop. My wallet, on the otherhand... :D
I would also like to see more knitting stuff show up here
I would love it I just missed the last time they offered yarn I was very sad.
I too would love to massdrop yarn. Knitting is such a big community and for one sweater it can take 5-6 skeins. We don't tend to buy one at a time. I came to massdrop looking for yarn.
A knitting group would be great, but you might get a broader base if it was presented as yarn/fiber. Have you checked out what's available from A Verb For Keeping Warm in Oakland, CA?
Would definitely love to see more yarn stuff here! Or, really, any crafting type things - I'm not attached to any one craft.
I prefer wool or cotton yarns. Rovings would be nice as well.
I would love to have yarn included....but, too many of Cascade yarns are made in China, I will not buy those, my personal boycott

What a great list! I will add these to our shopping list!
Natural fiber yarns, please. I can't imagine taking so many hours to make something and ending up with a plastic piece of garbage made from acrylic, nylon, polyamide, etc. Not to mention all the microplastics it will leech into the environment for the rest of known existence. OH! And it would be awesome to get KnitIQ blocks! From what I've read, they're the ones best for interchanging into whatever shape is needed. Also, blocking wires and good stainless round-head push pins!
Hi @michelelasker and @missdeliah! I am actively working on adding knitting supplies. Hope to have some drops up next month. :-)
Agreed. I came here specifically to see whether I could buy yarn.
We need to be able to buy yarn,, not just fabric.
