I find the newer Aerons (2016 and up) with full adjustability and posturefit to be better than the Mirra 2. A lot of people have tried the Aerons in offices, but making a judgement on a chair in the office is like making a judgement on a rental car. Base models don't do either product justice. Go into a Herman Miller store and try each out and have the sales person walk you through the adjustments and get the proper sizing for the chair (A,B,C). I find the lumbar support of the Aeron to be far better than the Mirra2.
