Maxnomic and Vertagear seem like the best quality brands. I would caution everyone before voting to consider the bolsters. If a chair has pronounced high sides (bolsters) then it won't be good if you want to sit with your leg or legs up on the chair. Which many people do. The bolsters were meant for race cars and really have no functional purpose in a computer chair. It is better to choose chairs that have a more flat seat surface. The best all around chair from Maxnomic is the "Maxnomic Need for Seat OFC". The best all around Vertagear chair is the PL6000.

Have a maxnomic office chair at work. Coworker has a dxracer. Maxnomic is extremely more comfortable for long sitting sessions. Want one for home. Watch Linus tech tips youtube for great reviews of both

Maxnomic does seem like a better brand. However, they are more expensive and they are only sold on their own website. I've never seen them have a sale or discount. This is why they would be a good choice for a Massdrop.

Really wanting to get a drop for the MAXNOMIC line, I'm seeing too many DX Racer chairs and would like to get a quality chair in the mix ;)

I would consider Maxnomic and DXRacer pretty even in regards to quality - it boils down to personal preference in my experience.

Yeah me too. I've done a lot of research and I think the best all around chair for most people from Maxnomic is the "Maxnomic Need for Seat OFC". It doesn't have restricting bolsters on the side which prevent you from pulling one or both of your legs up onto the chair. And it's big enough for most people, but not huge like the XL-Series. The "Need for Seat" versions have the best quality materials and look the nicest as well.
