Friend of mine has both set of Audio-Technica cans listed in this vote, having listened to them, can say they are better than anything else I've heard, the ADG1s are open back and give a rather nice atmosphere but do lose some of that punch the closed back set has. I don't know what DAC/AMP set up she had. On the side She also had a set of the Sennheiser and a Cloud II, while the Senns were quite nice I personally found them also quite heavy and felt the highs were off a bit, (thats me, human ears are different per person). I was pleasantly Kingston's Cloud II, light an full sound yet the base still gave you that nice rumble. In my humble opinion if you have the $ either of the ATs won't do you wrong with a good DAC/AMP set up, The Cloud IIs are amazing all around work horse for a lot less and do come with a their own USB DAC but can easily be paired with an existing DAC/AMP combo to get a fuller sound scape. Again just my humble opinion :3
Bash me as much as you want on this, but I think I'll always be skeptical about headphones by brands that have been making PSUs, memory, mice and keyboards until yesterday.

They're a rip off of Takstar but apparently they aren't too bad.
