I have never seen this Maverick Audio TubeMagic A2 Amplifier, nothing anywhere by Maverick themselves? Can someone find me some information as it looks interesting and I love Maverick.
Added Cambridge CXA60. Supposedly more musically and better sounding than it's big brother CXA80 according to most reviews I've found.
Added some Maverick Audio and APPJ options. Also the PM8005 which is out of the price range, but kind of sets the higher end of the spectrum.
I've got a Marantz PM 6004 and love it - the 6005 is the model that replaced it, but if it's as clear and clean as the 6004 it gets my vote.

Added the Cambridge Audio Topaz AM10 which usually can be found for $349.
Also the Music Hall a15.3 which is a little out of range at $549.
Neither have built in DAC's but both can be classified as true hi-fi amps (IMO - I've heard both).

For just a bit more I would consider the upcoming Elac DA101EG. A ton packed into the package and design influenced by Andrew Jones.
