I own both of these keyboards, and I prefer the Razer. The RGB keys really shine brighter, the green Razer switches although not Cherry, they feel amazing. I've really fallen in love with it and take it to bed with me.
The Corsair is a beautiful looking keyboard. The aluminum case is way better than the Razer's plastic case. The volume knob is also very nice. I could only get this keyboard with Brown switches, which lack the "CLICKY" sound. In the beginning of my mechanical keyboard lifestyle, I used to prefer these brown switches. But I have since steered more toward clickyness.
In conclusion I'm voting for the Razer.
