I have been hammocking for years. I would not pack around any of these extremely heavy options for them, unless I was backyard or car camping. Complete 3 season setup, hammock, suspension, bug net, tarp and quilts weights around 4 pounds.

I like the REI Bivy better than any of these - hangs like a hammock w/two points of contact not three, but is flat/ rectangular - I would also be interested to see the dimensions. I have a 3-point hammock and it is quite small. . Better for storage than sleeping
