If youre a chef who works in a restaurant that does numbers the likelihood thay youre usin any of these is pretty slim...at home when i use my nice knives Id have to say bang for buck (sharpness out of box, ability to hold an edge, durability, number of tasks it does well, ease of sharpening/honing, etc.) Wusthof every time. I prefer the classic ikon series but the regular is great too. If you ask me they already had this deal set up before this started because victorinox shouldnt have even made the list let alone won.
