What about Katabatic quilts? I've been shopping around for a Alsek 900 FP goose down for awhile now..
Own a Loco Libre Gear Serrano 30 deg and it rocks. Went custom with ground pad attachment and absolutely love it with my NEMO Tensor insulated. Also own the JRB Sierra Sniveler and love the versatility of that quilt. I got the down sleeves and hood for it as well as the Sierra Stealth. I plan on using the Stealth this summer replacing my puffy and quilt on the Northville-Placid Trail. I have heard great things about the FF Flicker 20 and would be excited to see that available for a reasonable price.
I didn't get an Enigma when it dropped because the 0 degree option wasn't available. Would love to see it drop again with more options. I really liked the Moroccan Blue color scheme

Kammok has a 'lighter weight' option on K right now - the Bobcat which is rated at 45 degrees. Just got it, it is nice and fairly light and can also be fitted for a hammock underquilt. Living in NC I don't typically need a 20 degree quilt...
I’m pretty shocked at anyone who would put the EE over Feathered Friends or Loco Libre. I think the quality differential is pretty substantial. I can only guess that most voters don’t have experience with FF or LL.
A lot of these are excellent quilts - it becomes more of a function of Cost/weight/and your intended usage...
I've never been in a drop before but this one is definitely what Id go for. How does it work with semi-customizable items like quilts? If I want to get the Revelation in the 0degree version would that be possible or is everyone agreeing on a certain temp and size etc?
When will this drop? Summer is around the corner, need a quilt yesterday! I already started camping, next month I have a backpacking trip lined up.
Can I ask how much they went for last time? And whether or not we might see this drop in the near future? Looking to get a quilt pretty soon for some upcoming adventures. I'll probably buy from the manufacturer if this won't be dropping for a bit.
I would love to get an enlightened quilt, but they seem to only be offering the heavier materials for the Massdrop. Would like to see it available in 10D or 7D.
I can't speak for the competition, but every night I look forward to going to bed (I sleep outside in my RV where the temperature is very, very cool, which I love) and pulling my unsnapped and unzipped, 10 degree, 6'6"L and 58" wide, Revelation quilt, with 950 down, up over my body, feeling that toasty, lighter than light experience, almost immediately, right before I stamp my passport for Sleepland, is heavenly. I can't wait to go backpacking, when things dry out up here in the moldy, damp Evergreen State, and put it to the test in the field. Nowadays, you get what you pay for. EE is made right here in America and the quality of construction and silky smooth material of this bag/quilt are supreme!
