I bought one of these a while ago.
I lovvvvvvvvvvvve the Cherry clear switches. But holy hell the ABS keycaps it comes with suck. They smoothed out immediately. Further the damn paint has rubbed off the most commonly typed keys. Currently waiting on a couple of replacement PBT sets ordered from Massdrop to replace that crap.
Can you ask them, if they do an mx blue DE fullsize version ? I would contact myself, if I got their contact.
Any chance on the company building a completely addressable keyboard?
Micro OLED displays in the key caps & a complete range of fully customisable silencers or buffers?
I understand this would be some serious engineering task, but a very useful piece of hardware. I use a Logitech G19S, but it does not play so well with OS X & Logitech still have not brought out the OS X version, despite telling me it was coming.
I like being able to use presets with the macro keys, but I would like to be able to do this with the whole keyboard.
The keyboard will need its own power. The keyboard should be similar to the Logitech. USB 3.1 Type C would be a good way to go as the mainstream adoption of Type C is coming in 2016. Power & USB should join into one double joined cable into the keyboard to minimise jumbling of cables on the desk.
To add to the USB 3.1 Type C use, I would like to see a four port USB 3.1 Type C hub in the top of the keyboard - one with the outline in black with mouse written above it & a gaming mouse logo.
I would like to see 88 key & 105 key versions. Furthermore, I would like to see 105 + 12, 16, 24 & 32 macro key versions.
I use my G19S for gaming & software development. I have a number of different presets for different languages & games.
