I don't really see a point in ever putting a Rolex on massdrop. I see quite a few in the voting. I don't feel like there would be much of a discount, if any, because most of them hold their value quite well.

Its steel, from a submarine, that is or was German.

I was just trying to make you smile with the comment above. But steel from ships and subs that was smelted prior to the first A bomb tests is actually preferred for building high-sensitivity radiation detection equipment, as it has a lower background count than the stuff that can be made since. :)
