Alright, so I'm going to go ahead and close this poll down. We currently can't work with any of the big brand phones and Oneplus is at capacity. If something changes in the future I'll update everyone here though and thanks for voting.
Although this would fail to meet the "minimal bloatware" requirement, I'm sure the Amazon FirePhone should be easily acquired unlocked at a discount!
the best phone per price category in my opinion is lenovo vibe z2 pro

ONEPLUS ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hello, I joined today, I'm from Italy. As I saw from earlier experience, and also heavily confirmed by feedbacks that I read here on previous drops, there is a large quota of goods delivered broken or malfunctioning. Since I can buy from Aliexpress or others on my own (if I want them to arrive broken), I'd like to have your opinion (buyers, not site-maintainers) on this. Thanks.
So....what now?
I really wish you guys could get a shipment of nexus 6 phones, I would be willing to get one normally, but Verizon does not carry them yet (even though with a Verizon sim card everything works), and I really don't want to pay 650 for one phone...
This is a drop I will be looking forward to as a back up.
google announced nexus 5 will not be making any more units. This poll might be null
I received an invitation from one plus after being like in a 6 month wait list. I just gave it away to someone in the one plus forum. I don't know if they really expect us to be patiently waiting for an invite for 6 months, its outdated after 3 months.
I own an LG G3 and I love it, it is a very, very nice phone. Great resolution and specs, Decent camera. THE PROS: The design is AMAZING! It has a 5.5 inch quad HD display, and the bezels are MINIMAL. The phone feels a LOT smaller than any other 5.5 inch phones (the screen size is the same as the iPhone 6 plus, but it is only a bit bigger than the total size of the regular 6) All the buttons are nowhere to be seen (they are on the back, so you hit the buttons with your index finger.) The resolution is AMAZING, you can't see the pixels, even if you put it up to your face. The performance is amazing! app openings are almost instantaneous, and it is one of the best performing phones whom it comes to games and applications The camera is really cool, it has freakin' lasers (laser auto focus) and features like make a fist to take a selfie, take a picture using both cameras at once or there is even a little slider that makes all your pimples and wrinkles disappear. Removable battery, i have 3 batteries for this phone, so i basically never run out of juice, on a plane, everyone has this problem, they are at 3% charge when they get off the plane, so I have a fully charged battery to plop into my phone, and I still have another battery for when this one runs out THE DRAWBACKS: Sometimes when i plug headphones into it, it makes a weird whistling/crackling noise. It occasionally "falls apart when i dropped it, as in the back came off, and the battery came out (but i have solved this problem by buying a first-party case, the LG quick-circle case) The OS for the quick circle case is shaky, there is a small circle, around 2 inches in the top half of the case (it covers the screen) the circle leaves a small, circular part of the screen exposed, where you can access notifications and whatnot. But the OS is bad, it seems like they spent 15 minutes on the whole ordeal, when you power it up, the OS takes about 5-10 seconds to TURN ON and after that, it is very glitchy
That is hopefully a helpful short review of my LG G3 -Jake
The LG G3 is a beautiful phone, but I would not recommend it based on a desire for minimal bloatware. Additionally, a number of really great features in the phone rely on using the stock launcher and apps-- not a negative necessarily, but certainly something to consider.
