I'd also like to add that Best Buy had the K830 for $60 for a few days before Christmas (IIRC). I missed it and I've only seen I for $99 every other time.. The K400 CAN be bought for $20 at times.
Massdrop, we need to get most bang for the buck, please consider the K 830.

I've bought both the Logitech K400 and I used the Logitech K820 30 min. ago.
The K400 is good for a true HTPC. However it was to small for a fair amount of use. My current Logitech K820 is a good keyboard. The touchpad is too big though, however it still works great with Win. 7. The __K830__ is exactly what I'm looking for. The touchpad is a great fit and having a backlit keyboard SHOULD be STANDARD, Including on laptops...
Having said all that I have painful issues with my hands and upper body.
k400 is $20 @ best buy on BF, i had no trouble getting one last year.
