I highly recommend the Samsung 28" UHD - I got mine for £360 from Korea :P Great 4K monitor for cheap.
Very good
how are you suppose to buy this stuff
Guys, qnix/xstar please. best bang for the buck, overclockable to 120hx, and the color reproduction is phenomenal.
I highly recommend the dell u2412m. I have one already and it was a wonderful purchase. It has a beautiful IPS panel and the stand has a wide option of positions. It also has a great price already for a 16:10 ratio display. http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?s=bsd&sku=320-2676
If you're in the market for a monitor, there's a good Monitor Guide on reddit:

I added the proper link and data for the Asus PB278Q to the list (another had it typo'ed as 287q which doesn't exist.) Incredible monitor - runs less than $500 w/o the mass purchasing strength we possess if it's dropped. IPS, 2560x1440, VESA mount (multi-monitor setup) and a telescoping monitor base IF you want just one. The Panel is competitive with the thunderbolt (which is silly overpriced @ $1k, but a great monitor nonetheless.)
I'm in for 2 if we get a drop on this one, but I don't want multiples smaller than 27's myself.
Anyway I'm gonna buy three for infinity eye setup!
I have the VG248QE and the colors are terrible and the monitor hurts my eyes when I am not gaming. I have used all the tweaking guides and it still does not fix the issue. We really need an IPS monitor that is overclocked.
Hey Everyone,
These are awesome monitors! Our office is full of VS248H-Ps : )
Sadly (and this is the primary reason our office is full of them), the discounts available online already make the price too good. Even if we go straight to Asus, we probably won't be able to do anything meaningful in terms of pricing because $159 (after rebate, with prime shipping) is so low already.
You're better off buying these from amazon or newegg than you are waiting for a drop.
I'll see about the other options in this poll, but as a general statement, low cost monitors aren't going to be a viable item to drop. We'd need something silly like 2000 units sold before our pricing can get anywhere close to the big stores.
Will report back when there's more to report.
Hey gang,
The best monitor in this list (in my opinion) doesn't even have a picture! The Dell U2414H IPS 24" Monitor currently has only the Massdrop logo.
This doesnt really do the monitor justice, since it's best feature, it's really thin bezel, isnt even seen on the voting page!
Is there any way we can fix this?
Hey guys -
I just put my votes in - hoping this goes well. While we wait, you should checkout/vote for the monitor arm that I just put up... an essential for your nice monitor. Help me bring this to the Massdrop community!

i just added BenQ XL2420Z 24in LED 144Hz Gaming Monitor to the poll
I highly recommend the Asus VS248H-P. I have one and I want at least 2 more.... I bought it back in December of 2012 and it has been a solid and dependable monitor that still looks as crisp as day one.
How is it better? Just wondering.
