"Copies doubles" or double sheets are a neat old paper form-factor that's pretty much obsolete outside France, and just about impossible to find outside Europe. As the name suggests they're two sheets (A4-size in these options) joined on the long edge to make a sort of four-page pamphlet.
In addition to general writing use they're a godsend for people who bind their own journals, as they're the easiest and cheapest way to get blank lined paper to gather up into signatures.
All the options I've added are unpunched ("non-perforees"), to make them useful to as many people as possible, and are white paper. They're also (of course) well-suited to use with fountain pens.
