From what I've read at dashcamtalk.com, the second camera on the 2ch version records at significantly lower quality. Something like the processing power is split amongst the two channels. Viewing the videos confirms this, I don't know about you guys but if I'm putting a camera in my car, I want a license plate to be visible just in case, and I can't read any in the rear nighttime video posted on the pittasoft website. For $500 retail, it seems like a better value just buying two single channel cameras and have better quality.
