I don't think the Neo Zelia is available anymore. I've tried to request it through several TaoBao proxies and they've all told me they can't get it (or just ignored me).
As a Varmilo owner I have to throw a vote in for the VA-87M. It's an outstanding board all around -- except for Mac users... :P
